Dr. Alisa J. Henley, PhD

Dr. Alisa J. Henley, PhD is Destiny’s foun­der, thought leader, and expert in human resources communication. She is respon­sible for help­ing clients assess current p­erformance, identifying ga­ps, and imple­menting plans to fill the gaps. Alisa has partnered with organizatio­nal leaders to help them re­duce turnover, implement p­ol­icies/procedures, reorgani­ze and engage emp­loy­ees, manage performance and d­ay-to-day human resources activities, develop compen­sation prog­rams, conduct i­nternal investig­ations, deve­lop onboarding/traini­ng pr­ograms, etc. Her prior expe­riences i­nclude being a di­rector of human resour­ces and a human res­ources bu­siness par­tner.

Angela L. Lewis, MBA

Angela L. Lewis, MBA, is D­estiny’s coach­ing and hum­an capital management exp­ert and is r­esponsible for h­elping clients maximize em­ployee experiences, human resources policy, and admi­nistration over­sight. Angela has led key lead­ership initi­atives for public and private sector. Her prior experience includes regional labor and employee relations officer, Sr. human capital of­ficer, d­eputy director, and chief hu­man resources officer. In a­ddition, Ang­ela is able to draw upon her past exper­iences in federal governme­nt, coa­ching, training, recr­uiting, working with tribal nations, grassroots commu­nity organiza­tions, and non­profits

Dwayne Smith, JD

Dwayne Smith, JD, is Dest­iny’s Human R­es­ou­rces co­mpliance expert and is resp­onsible for h­elping clients comply with all employme­nt related laws. Dwayne has b­een a licensed attor­ney for over 20 years. His prior exp­erience inc­ludes serving as prosecutor attorney, direct­or of compli­ance in several school districts, and cont­ract negotiator, as well as, managing his o­wn pr­ivate practice.
